They actually started reducing them then it stopped and suddenly PBC fighters started snapping up all these regular belts. Then we start to see those fighters getting upgraded to super status when belts become vacant. Davis is not a 3 weight champ but he will be when Josh and Teo vacate. There's no way the WBA start with those two weights that's for sure lol.
