Mayweather can’t teach Spence anything that will actually stick, in a couple of weeks. That is not how boxing works.

It’s about as bad as boxers throwing their coach under the bus after a loss, to allude that he lost due to an incompetent trainer.

If Spence had years training with Mayweather, then yeah, I can see that.

But Mayweather telling Spence about some “secret” way to beating Pacquiao is not going to work. Spence is not Mayweather. Mayweather giving Spence advice he applied in his own career since 1998, will work for Mayweather. Not with Spence. Spence is who he is and once he gets in the ring, everything Mayweather taught him will go out the window and he will just be himself.

Anything Mayweather knows that Pacquiao does in the ring, is on footage for Spence and his team. The same famous “right hook, roll under” Ricky Hatton and Mayweather Sr mocked Pacquiao for, was what Pacquiao brutally got him with. You can know what’s coming, doesn’t mean you will avoid it.

As I said in the first post, its not teaching, its passing on advice and that can have a mental effect, you're looking to hard at a guy that's been there offering some advice to a guy that's going there, nothing at all about teaching its the passing of wisdom.

If I were Manny, I wouldn't be concerned either. Considering he already beat IV - enhanced Floyd with just 1 arm.

Floyd "won" their fight with a combination of illegal iv and paying off judges. I don't think Spence has the leverage to benefit from either of those

he doesnt want manny to win because that will outshine everything floyd has done... so he's picking spence to win because he can just say that he fought the better version of manny and beat him already 6 years ago to downplay spence's win if spence was to beat manny.
Good lord. You can’t be serious?

This is one of the dumbest things you’ve ever posted. I get you love Manny but this is utter insanity.

He’s picking Spence to win because he thinks Spence will win.

Whoever wins, that result has no impact on Floyd beating Manny in any way, shape or form.

Manny lost. Let it go dude.

The champ is supposed to "pass the torch" to a young buck and get beat down as an old man. That happens time and time again in boxing. That never happened to mayweather in his 20 year career. He retired at 38 as the lineal welterweight. A lot of guys tried to take it from him, pac, maidana, cotto, mosley, canelo ect in his late 30s. Nobody succeeded.

Just watched clips of SRL the other day at 35 getting beat down by norris, looking old, frail and scared in there. DLH was the same age 35 getting beat down by pacquaio looking like a thin weak toothpick. Mayweather haters wanted to see that and they are furious they never got it. Now they cope with der her dur Paul Logan landed 13% on mayweather in an exhibition, that means mayweather lost because he survived 8 round in a fake fight with a 44 year old. lol whatever gets you through the day.

What is the problem with that? He knows, or knew he still had the skills to beat people who aren't on his level, meaning Conor, the Asian kid and the Paul kid. All he knows is fighting. He can't do anything else. Why not make money when the opportunity presents itself? Yeah, he might not need the money, but it's there for him to take. Why not?
ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Floyd could come back tomorrow and beat the spit outta Spence...or porter....or Broner......or Danny Garcia....or "sumtime" Thurman.....or.....

                      Now Crawford is a wildcard.
