Why Terence Isn’t Crowned Most Avoided Fighter

Years back when Tall Paul didn’t fight the names at 147

he was called the most avoided fighter

why doesn’t Terence get this honor? Terence a better fighter than Paul was

I think he was at one point regarded as one of the most avoided, but his bluff has been called.

Because nobody is avoiding dud Duckford. They are avoiding his bull**** ass promoter’s demands.

I think it’s cause he re-signed with TR creating a promotional and network barrier, I can understand him being loyal to Arum who picked him up as unknown Nebraskan kid and guided him into becoming a multi-weight champion but he must’ve figured re-signing with Arum made potential fights with the top welterweights at PBC far more difficult to make. I don’t think it’s necessarily a case of Crawford being avoided or Crawford avoiding them, I just think it’s an unfortunate case of boxing politics.

Williams on the other hand was fighting on HBO along with the vast majority of the other top Welterweight’s. Their was nothing political preventing Williams from getting a big fight with Mayweather, De La Hoya, Cotto, Mosley, Judah etc aside from the fact he was a 6 ft 1 southpaw with an 80 inch reach who was too high risk low reward.

I do agree Crawford was better than Williams was though.

Paul Williams would've beaten Crawford from pillar to post.

The same Paul that Lara thumped from pillar to post.

Idk, all of Williams's losses came from slick southpaws.

Crawford isn't that slick and gets touched up quite often, even by midgets, faded former champs and bums. Crawford is vastly overrated and over hyped. He re-signed with Top Rank and ESPN exclusivity to duck the top guys at welterweight.

I think Crawford has a glass jaw and that's why he is/was(he still might duck Porter) ducking the top welterweights. Blown up and inactive Gamboa put him on ***** street. Eurobum Mean Machine dropped him. Washed up weight drained quitter Brook damn near closed his eye before he quit in just a few rounds. Peg legged gun shot victim Jose Bumavidez took rounds off Crawford until his bum leg gave out. Washed up glass jaw Amir Khan needed low blowed to stop him.

Yeah but he should do what Carlos Quintana did. Although Williams did avenge that loss in devastating fashion.
