I don't agree with that, he would have ended up losing his vision after that fight if they let it go on and even he did end up winning. Whats the point of winning if you end up blind in one eye for the rest of your life? Yes it was lewis who nearly passed out on his corner stool when the fight was called, but it was Vitali who had a serious Eye injury that if it had gotten worse he could have lost his vision.
