Bradley's compliments fall on a deaf ear with me. He is the definition of Uncle Tom. He tried to slight and not even mention Davis in any weight division, his whole Top Rank/ESPN career. Completely ignored him in Top Rank commentary until Gervonta couldn't be denied anymore. I say screw you, Top Rank shill, and keep your fake begrudging comments to yourself. Screw you. There's one white guy, tho, who always keeps mentioning Davis as the elite of his divisions in the same commentary, in Bradley's face. I don't remember his name.

Yes you make great points and I would give him credit also as Commey is not a bad fight for Haney at this stage. But the haters will see him as Teo's leftovers just as Campbell would be Garcia's leftovers, just as Gamboa was Davis's leftovers. In many peoples eyes it's not a good look if he's always getting to these people second.

But what's he supposed to do if these guys don't want that work? As much as I dislike Arum, Haney needs to consider a co-promotion with Top Rank! They have everything he needs! Hearn is not getting the job done! Haney is becoming Andrade 2.0!

Your right he's in a tough spot. Perhaps too good for his own good. The thing is Arum can work with Hearn to make fights when he wants to. So clearly he fears Haney for his fighters hence the whole franchise title debacle. But to be fair to Arum, he's not the only promoter fearing Devin right now lol. Nobody wants to make the big fights ( unless in house ) anymore. They just want to protect their investments.
