when dealing with someone promoted by arum the al haymon guys barely want to speak about it.........beacuse arum is a ****nut....
way back when pac/floyd were in heavy "negotiations" arum had clottey in dallas in his pocket the whole time and was pretending....and floyd was sincerely trying to make the fight.....and left floyd without a fight which is why haymon had to scramble to get floyd/shane made and had to have berto withdraw from the shane fight........when the whole world wanted fury/wilder 2 immediately bob made wilder wait like a whole year......why? if fury was beating wilder as good and as easy as everyone suggests why did he need a whole year in between? if he was going to implement the new gameplan he used in the 2nd fight he didnt need a year to do so......its because arum plays ****ing games because he cant stand to see someone like haymon in power and winning for his fighters....because in arums world the fighters are supposed to win and earn for you.....
thats why you hear floyd say what he did in regards to tank and inhouse fights....because he knows who has the other power players around tanks class...and arum is a POS and impossible to deal with....floyd and haymon already know how it goes when trying to deal with that guy and they arent going to play his games......arum plays games....this is the same guy that set up a countdown clock on the TR website for floyd to accept an offer that NEVER EXISTED....this guy is all about public perception and these guys dont wanna deal with him.....hes a pest.....
porter doesnt have to respond...his resume is better than buds...hes been in better fights....if bud wanted the fight he could have negotiatied a real split without it having to get this far....thats why the WBO has changed the split because they know porter deserves more and without ordering it bud will never try to make it!Comment

Maybe because Al told him not to and that he is handling things. Not saying anything usually is a good thing because fights are not made on social media anymore. They’re made when the networks and promoters have regular business meetings.

You seem to equate saying something with wanting the fight. That is silly. Worse, you are only doing this so you can create the false narrative that someone is ducking Crawford as the reason he isn’t getting quality fights.
Sorry Shane, the reason is he chose to take the money. You need to grow up and accept the fact that boxers you like make decisions and choices you will not always agree with.Comment
