I know. The fight WAS in the US. You can win all 12 rounds over there and still get the loss by their judges. Just look at the Abril/Rios fight. Hell, you can actually knock them out over there and still only get a draw. Literally. Look no further than Martinez/Cintron. Martinez won the fight on points clearly too. Still didn't get him the win. Brook clearly beat Porter. It wasn't even competitive.

Kell Brook clinched his way to a win. Period.

There was no such domination.

Arguably, you could give Brook 7-8 rounds. No more than that. And that was PRIME Kell Brook, too.

I prefer Purse Bid and hopefully Tom Brown wins and it ends up on FOX! Arum and ESPN are not going to promote compared to if it is on FOX they will Promote it during the NFL Season which does make a difference IMO

PBC needs to at least try to make it on their networks by participating in the bidding. Fans don't care where it lands. It would be better if PBC wins and fight happens on Fox or Showtime. It would be a breakthrough that fights can actually happen between rival promoters. Excuses might disappear at last.

Brook had to tie Porter up because he was overthrowing his shots and ramming that head into his face constantly. Both of them got cuts because of it. Had Brook decided to punch with Porter in those moments and missed with his shot, Porter's head would have brought an end to the fight with an injury too bad to continue. After waiting so long for his shot at a title, Brook did the right thing and just looked to control things smartly to leave with the win, and the belt. Brook dominated, and Porter looked ineffective all night.
