I also thought so. But in the ring, Castaņo's body is very wide and thick.

Back to Usyk. I like that he is taking this fight even if many people think he cant win.

Not taking risks is killing this sport.

Guy had no power at cruiserweight fighting guys his own size or smaller than him, he definitely ain’t gonna have any power to do anything to a big guy who is going to heavily outweigh him.

And now let’s look at speed, which is Usyk big supposed advantage. No it’s not, AJ is fast with his hands too and a slick boxer, plus Usyk has put on a lot of weight for this fight which will mean he’ll be slower as he’s carrying a lot of weight.

Stamina, again another supposed advantage for Usyk. No it’s not again, again Usyk has put on a lot of weight, that’s going to work against him when the fight goes on to the later rounds. He could end up gassing as he will need to be the busier fighter to keep AJ off him.

Ruiz carried power, Usyk has zero power. And AJ is more cautious now. There’s no way usyk can win this, not even a lucky punch.

Dude went life and death with Chisora ffs. Looked awful against Witherspoon. So in his two HW fights he has looked average, but he’s suddenly going to beat AJ the number one hw in the world? Come on let’s be real.

At least with wilder vs fury there’s that small chance wilder could find that punch.
      saving this thread----

You are wrong--Ruiz is **** compared to usyk

Definatley think he can win, we know AJ's vulnerabilities, punch resistance, stamina are questionable, and he can be a bit robotic at times.

Usyk's ring IQ is a level above.

I think at some point in this fight AJ is going to have to really look to impose his size on Usyk, and if that means pushing (but not breaking) the boundaries of fair play, he may have to do it.

A lot of these Eastern euros with 20,000 amateur fights respond very poorly to being taken out of their comfort zone and Usyk showed signs of that vs chisora with his constant complaining and looking stressed (before Chisora gassed)

Usyk wants a clean canvas to paint on, Joshua needs to dirty it up, if you see Usyk spending a lot of time getting spun around in a headlock and complaining to the ref it means Joshua is on his way to winning.

In most of these posts, guys are projecting. They hate AJ, so of course AJ can or will lose. But if you look at it without the agendas, you will see that Usyk was never a power hitter at cruiserweight and definitely is not one at heavyweight. Add weight, and his greatest attribute, speed, goes down. All this plus an advantage in height, reach, power, length and experience at heavyweight, makes it extremely difficult for Usyk. But again, a lot of you hate AJ so much that you'll say he will lose. But then after the fight, the dame guys will say that AJ fought another push over opponent. You can't have it both ways though.

Havent noticed many people saying aj will most definitely lose

Usyk has a chance if he shows up a bit sharper than he has done before,if he lands a perfect straight left in-between a Joshua combination then I could see Joshua being affected by it

However I think joshua will win quite easily if he's on point but you never know as he certainly has showed severe vulnerabilities as q heavyweight champion

Anyone can be beat with the right game plan. But a lot of guys on here hate AJ for no good reason. And their comments before a fight reflect that. Then they seem to get amnesia after the fight haha
