Jermell Charlo: "It was close. 117-111 was kind of large."

At the post-fight press conference, even Jermell admitted that the 117-111 scorecard was "kind of large." I'll give him credit for admitting that, but we need the undisputed rematch next, hopefully before the year ends.

Bad scorecards ruin boxing and its credibility. We've seen this time and time again.

Yeah credit to him for admitting but one thing you don't do is criticize judges that saved yo @zz

Yeah, he criticized the only judge who had him winning.

I actually like Charlo more for saying that. It was a close fight. CHALLENGER is suppose to “take away” the champs belts. I thought Castano won by maybe a round or two but I didn’t feel he “ obviously whipped the champ.” Should be done again. Charlo will win the next one by probably a KO IF HE BOXES.

No, Charlo was a beaten man. You could see it in his demeanor and body language. He hit Castano with his best shots -- even stunned the Argentinian -- and he was still coming forward. That demoralized Charlo. I respect Charlo for being respectful and showing humility, but he got beat.

Castano wasn't a challenger, he was already a champ. This was a unification fight fot Undisputed.

Besides, I've always hated the argument that a challenger can't win by a little, they have to win by a lot, if you win you win. If anything, the champ should need to prove that he deserves to keep the belt.

How the fuc.k 3 judges score the fight so different?

Judges should be people who know something about boxing. 3 judges should see the same fight very similar.

Was a clear 7-5 win for Castano.

At least they didn’t give Charlo the W.

                  Jermell looked poor
