Here’s my favorite hot take from the thread from a clown called staticeruption

“I really don't think he could actually go undisputed (in fact, there's a good chance he'd lose his first title fight at the weight). He'd lose to someone before he could. Whether that's to Uzcategui's pressure, Smith's size and flurries, Gilberto's height and length, or Benavidez's own use of length and powerful combinations. Its not the strongest field we've ever seen, but none of the champions are cans either and Canelo's already very stocky at 160.”

One beat David never has been lemuix and the other one beat the ghost of George groves, they ain't done **** in a weak ass smw era

george groves was the last of the really good super middleweight.. the ones around now would have been cannon fodder for the 2011s top 10

heck even Sakio bika would dominate the super middleweight division today

Yeah, Canelo totally showed us how he delt with Zurdo's height and length, or Benavidez's own use of length and powerful combinations.

          great thread.
