1. If the money is right, do you see an issue with canelo signing a 3 fight deal with pbc to fight plant, charlo and Benavidez? He didn’t have an issue locking into 3 fights with dazn for smith, Yidilgrim and Saunders. 2. You can argue that Jacobs is better than plant but he’s definitely not more athletic. He doesn’t move his feet as well and he’s definitely not as fast.

Why in the hell does Canelo have to sign a 3 fight deal in order to get Plant? When he signed with Hearn he was a free agent, and technically just because he's not officially with match, it's obvious that Hearn is Canelo current promoter, and PBC is being shady and wants to make a quick buck on Canelo's back because they know Canelo is going to whip their fighters. No report states that Canelo would get Benavides and Charlo after Plant, especially Charlo who ducked Canelo already back in '19, when he turned down the Cinco de Mayo clash and ultimately Jacobs got the nod. I mean if a fighter has to sign with a different promoter in order to get a fight, why doesn't Crawford sign with PBC to get Spence? or vice versa, or Tank sign with Golden boy to get Garcia? Or sign with top rank to get Lopez? No other promoters are asking the other guy to sign with them in order to get a fight, it's shady all around, if Plant and Charlo were so confident they can beat Canelo, they would of signed on the dotted line long time ago. I mean Charlo went life and death with a C+ fighter in Monteil, and The same for Plant fighting Traux. But their supposed to beat Canelo? Give me a break, Jacobs is leaps and bounds better than Plant, and even at his stage of his career would whip Plant, if that fight happened a couple of years back, even more so.

canelo agreed to stick with dazn for 3 fights because he said he wanted to be undisputed at 168 and dazn gave him 2 of the title holders and a mandatory. Now pbc can give the last title he said he wanted to make “Mexican history” and will give him charlo and Benavidez who he’s recently said he wanted to fight both during an interview where he said he wouldn’t face andrade.
