I think Marquez is a lot tougher, mentally and with character, than the fighters you mentioned. When Marquez counters, he hits HARD like it’s a street fight. Nacho Berinstein said Marquez was a troubled teen and got into too many nonsensical street fights. So all that with short height, firepower as strong as PAC, amazing pivoting techniques to roll under or sides and then fire back, PAC had a hard time with that style. Marquez was the type of fighter that would setup or stance with fundamentals, but when he attacked he was a beast, exactly like PAC aggression. But most Pinoy’s and Mexican hating fight fans will just claim Marquez was on roids whereas with PAC, they prefer denialism…
