Your resume is bulit on your wins NOT losses

Berto best win is a prime Collazo. Clottey's best win was a shot Judah

Berto's resume > Clotteys overrated Ghanaian ass resume

berto got talent, but he needs a new trainer. his current trainer teaches him to hold and clinch when he has all the speed and power in the world.

Berto is a typical HBO hypejob. He is paid millions is fight blown up 140lbers and Ricky 'Hugman' Hatton victims. He makes every fight EXTREMEMLY tedious and couldn't knockout a C+ level fighter if his life depended on it.

He has NO inside game at all, gets gifts from judges, thinks he is worth $1M pay-days, is boring as **** and is meant to be a 'champion' but sits on his paper belt fighting no-hopers and having HBO/his promoters rob guys that beat him.

The first time he fights an elite WW (Clottey, Williams, Cotto, Mosely) he is battered senseless and forced to quit within 6.

This is it 100%. He's too fast to be fighting inside all the damn time.

It seems like HBO thought he was gonna be the next big thing and gave him the RJJ/Mayweather treatment. Granted, RJJ and Mayweather put in WAY more work before they were allowed to fight lower level opp. on the network the way Berto has.

HBO loves the faster fighters in the game, if Dirrell wouldn't have purposely stunk out the joint against Stevens, he'd be a staple too.

Berto is quite good actually, I would bet on him against almost any welterweight if the numbers were right. I do not think Clottey,Mosley would have an easy time with Berto at all and those are close to 50/50 fights. I have always thought Cotto would have problems with Berto aswell considering his uppercut, but Cotto would have to be the favorite.

The lower end guys I think he will beat, even with Collazo it is likely that he would have an easier go the second time around.

When has an American lost to Mosley. He choose to fight Clottey instead of Berto
Berto is haitian, he fought for them in the Olympics. Born there, and moved to the US while he was young. He is no more American than Joshua Clottey who has been living in America for a while.
