Do you really believe he only gains a few pounds? He was blowing up a good bit when he was a 130lber. He was 144lbs. In the ring vs Morales in their 2nd fight at 130lbs. Pacquiao is noticeably bigger now, his head is a lot bigger for sure. I think he is a solid welterweight and just short.

They cut weight to make 147

Pac doesn't really cut much

Pac is a solid 140. He's not really a 147 fighter. He already said on fight night he's only 152 lbs. Spence will be around 170 - 175lbs.
