The guy has these options sitting at his doorstep right now:

Danny Jacobs, Dmitry Bivol, Artur Beterbiev and Gilberto Ramierez.

All of those boxers have promoters willing to make competitive offers.

If Canelo-Plant doesn’t happen (it won’t), he’s also a finalist for Canelo Alvarez.

I can’t think of another name outside of Canelo Alvarez that has so many big fight options available.

Would Bivol really fight him again? Their fight wasn't even close. Smith landed one big shot at the bell late in the fight, but other than that Bivol worked him over.
