Some of his fans can be f***ing idiots at times, the ones who say he was robbed vs Mayweather and crazy sh** like that. All fighters have delusional fanboys though.

I love Pacquiao as a fighter though, truly one of kind, he’ll likely never be replicated. Winning titles at 112 up to 154 is absolutely incredible. Top 10 ATG IMO.

Hating Pac has nothing to do with being American.

It has more to do with being obsessed with Floyd and being insecure given the fact that most people consider Pacquiao having a better resume than Floyd.

These are the same people who praise Floyd for fighting a youtuber but are downplaying Pacquiao fighting the consensus #1 Welterweight.

Both sides can be annoying. But one thing I noticed about floyd's stans is that they are more persistent with their idiocy than any fanbase I know.

I remember an ATG post here where this dude is arguing that Floyd buying a yacht is an investment because he can add toilets to it.

Or this guy arguing that not paying your tax until you are about to get jailed is a good business strategy.

From my experience, pac stans pretend to be idiots to annoy people on purpose. Floyd stans pretend to be smart which annoys people unintentionally.

I don't care that some ppl hate one of the greatest fighters to have competed in the sport and some of his fan boys are straight up annoying but it seems that 99%, maybe a full 100% of ppl that hate Manny Pacquiao are American.

Why is it only Americans that seem to hate him? Why does the rest of the world's Boxing fans have no issue but he makes Americans blood boil?

Are there any none American Manny haters on this forum? And why does the majority of hate for anybody involved in Boxing tend to come from Americans? Apart from Deontay Wilder of course cuz the whole Boxing world is beginning to hate him

The reason why PAC is such a dangerous fighter is because of his physique. His arms and torso are so short and compact it’s faster to recoil the punches. The longer your arms are in the sport the longer it takes to do consecutive punches. That’s just the anatomy. Shorter time to do follow up punches. On top of that he uses his inertia, momentum at close range while his body moves forward. These are all advantages of having shorter limbs. Compare to Thurman, Spence, long ass arms. Even Marquez has short ass arms and a wide ass torso. These traits help produce power.

I think all Mexicans like PAC, even the Mex American ones. They saw what PAC did to them so they have no choice but to respect it. On top of that, Marquez proved that in 4 fights he was the better fighter. That in itself should close the book for closure. Styles make fights. Morales even beat PAC once.

the thing is though, from ive seen, genetically and overall, there are way taller Mexicans than general Filipinosz. Most Pinoy’s I see are always short. Many husky or fat Pinoy’s have huge calf muscles too. So it’s definitely a genetic thing with Indian Ocean type Asians. Even Rungvisai has ridiculous tree trunk calf muscles.

when PAC was already 15 he is just those type of teens that had a growth spurt. That’s the reason why he could compete. There’s a funny narrative making it seem like PAC had a hard time competing professionally when he started. Lol. That’s all lullaby fake propaganda. Or loading weights etc… this fool was 5 foot 5 already at 15 and in his earlier fights he was TOWERING all his opponents awkwardly. Man twice his age but were midgets. That how he had it easy. He was a young buck towering guys, draining 20lbs. As his experience grew he easily adapted when he got to Featherweight and still the same size as his debut. Then his man strength came at around 28. PAC had a very lucky transitioning in his career. The experience from such a young age gave him confidence and unparalleled Ring IQ.
