WBC removes Vergil Ortiz from their rankings

Just when you think that fat pig Mauricio Suliman and his corrupt WBC organization can’t be anymore crooked they end up removing Vergil Ortiz Jr. from their 147 lbs rankings. The WBC is a joke Vergil been ranked #4 @ 147 lbs by the WBC for awhile now, all of the sudden the July 3rd rankings has erase Vergil completely, LMFAO.

He shouldn't have been listed, he's a WBA belt holder.

BS! If that’s the case why is PacMan the current WBA welterweight champion in recess ranked #2 by the WBC? Even funnier the WBC didn’t have Manny ranked in the top 10 @ 147 lbs in previous rankings.

Champion in recess = not a champion.

Wasn’t Canelo the WBA 168 lbs champion when the WBC had him ranked #1 in their ratings @ super middleweight? Also, Vergil is about to fight Mean Machine another top 10 welter by the WBC a win would have moved him up to the top 3 for sure @ 147, they did him dirty.

Clearly going the WBO Route only question is will GBP Oscar and Eric Gomez allow him to cash in Mandatory Status or will they do what they're doing with Munguia at 160 and not really pushing for him to get his shot at Charlo or Andrade and instead seems to be waiting for one of them to Vacate

Ortiz is way more talented than Munguia so I don't think they have to hold him back or be protective of him at all. Has a Punchers Chance vs Crawford but that is all

As for WBC, they don't care, like the WBA and WBO, they're doing what makes them money

General rule is, if you are a belt holder of a competing org in that weight class, you don't get ranked.

Which is why Crawford will never be ranked for either of Spence’s belts, and vice versa.

WBC ranks fighters by popularity and support based on social media
