Cotto VS Margarito

If these two fighters were to rematch eachother, who do you think would win? I kind of wished Antonio and Cotto would of had there rematch before
Cotto fought Manny. I think Cotto has defiantly learned for his mistakes and would have the drive to beat Margarito for the second time. But now that Manny is fighting Cotto, in which I do believe Manny's speed is going to overcome Cotto, I think it may effect Cotto for future fights. Does anyone else think this will effect Cotto, or is he too young for something like this to effect him. Everyone looses.

If Cotto losses to Pacquiao, Cotto vs Margarito will be a fight to the death to regain lost prestige.

Yeah, ssm defiantly gave margarito a bad beating. Its weird how boxing works, Cotto will beat ssm, margarito will beat cotto, then ssm dominates margarito. It will be interesting to see who margarito fights next.

if the rematch takes place after a victory over pac, i would have cotto winning. the confidence from a pac victory and the blueprint on how to beat marg from the mosely fight, cotto has a good chance at winning.

I have no idea. Too many question marks.

Did Margarito load his gloves when they fought? If he did, how much effect did it have on Cotto both physically, and how did effect him strategically when he was getting hit with harder punches?

How much will Margarito have left? He's been fighting professionally for a very long time and has taken a lot of punishment. What if Pacquiao beats Cotto in decisive fashion? How will it affect Cotto physically and mentally? Cotto may be relatively young in years, but he's been in quite a few physically taxing bouts.

Cotto should wear plaster in the rematch in a unsanctioned bout. It would only make things fair if Cotto wins then they can have a trilogy plaster free fight. Cotto shouldn't give a guy a rematch and help him make lots of money after being seriously hurt. IYO?

I think Cotto made alot of strategical errors in the first fight. Not much body work, didn't use his jab enough, backed into the ropes too much. I think he has learned his lessons and would be able to beat Margo in the rematch.

Margarito will win again, he ko's Cotto faster especially if Cotto freezes up and has flash backs of last time. You don't so easily get over a beating like that and being forced to look to your corner to stop a fight.

Depends what happens in the Pac fight. If Cotto loses, especially by knockout, he's done. He's down there with Judah. He might be able to beat Berto.

This is the rematch I wanna see more than anything. I wanna see if Marg can pull off the win again because people are discrediting the win because of the plaster issue.

If he won again I'd have major respect for him. Except for the Mosley wraps thing.
