So if Fury is showing no symptoms and wasn't part of those that tested positive, then what would the reason be to postpone the fight??

I thought this sold out? I'm sure I read that.

This also th***** FOX's plans to stage Canelo v Plant in September if they have any serious intention to broadcast it.

I know on its face it's su****ious but I'm inclined to believe the story as-is.

Pushing the event back won't help ticket sales. Only reason to scrap the date would be to take it to the middle east for a big site fee, and there's no way in hell Wilder is agreeing to that. They can barely get him to leave his house.

Fury's crew are all born-again religious gypsies. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if most of them are against vaccinations.

Just sounds like they had to close camp down for everyone to get tested/recover.

The promotion from the start has been trash. The hype about Fury-Joshua was what all boxing fans were wanting to see. Then all the rematch litigation bs started and derailed the fight everyone wanted to see. We got stuck with a 3rd fight with Fury-Wider and it seems like no one is interested in this at all. There were a lot of seats still available last time I checked last week, but historically boxing fans unless its a mega fight, are late buyers of fight tickets. I'm 95% certain this fight is being postponed, not because of Covid, but because no one gives a **** about the fight outside of true boxing fans.

How are they going to do it in September? If Plant signs the deal Canelo will fight Mexican Independence Day weekend. ODLH’s comeback fight is scheduled for September as well.
Pretty dumb to have anyone in camp not vaccinated unless it’s just a ploy to delay due to reported slow ticket sales.

well let me be more clear- if ticket sales are bad and the TR boxer is the big name it’s “COVID-19”. If the TR guy loses, it’s shoulder injuries.
                You’re right.
