Zepeda is a mediocre lightweight campaigning at 140.

Might be too much risk for Crawford at 147.

Maybe Crawford should fight zab Judah or Carlos baldomir next to prepare for zepeda.

      Theyre in their 40s.

      Good matchup for crawford.

10-22? So a Friday? Interesting, must be a marquee SEC football game airing on that Saturday.

Is that from Boxrec or what site?

Got it, because I was just looking at boxrec and couldn't find it there. Don't see it on TR's website either.

I mean who knows, maybe it is true. TR employee did say if Bud doesn't sign an extension, he's not getting a good fight. To me if that is the case, why not let him go before the contract actually expires? Assuming Crawford would want that?

This is a dangerous fight for Crawford, maybe he's biting off more than he can chew XD. Anyways, this is f3cking ridiculous, Zepeda has looked extremely vulnerable in his last 4 to 5 fights. But to be far Crawford has a tendency to struggle with fighters that aren't as talented as him. If he struggles against Zepeda, I lose all hope in his future success at 147.

WBO won't sanction this. Zepeda NOT ranked in the WBO rankings.

If Bud is fighting a 140 pounder, the WBO will probably only sanction Josh Taylor.

Will not happen since Josh might be fighting Catterall.

The only notable names in the WBO rankings are Ortiz, Porter, or Mikey.

Ortiz is fighting Mean Machine. Porter vs Thurman 2 is most likely. Mikey vs Prograis is negotiating. Which means Bud will most likely fight another ranked bum in the WBO list.

EDIT: The WBO and Bob are buddies so they'll probably maneuver to have Zepeda ranked in their Top 15 smh.

If it's fake, somebody did a good job. Lol kind of a loser putting that kind of effort into it but that's very possible. People are weird, especially boxing fans.

And yeah I don't get that at all. I really hope Bud becomes a free agent or at least leaves Top Rank after this if it is true.

Id much rather see Mikey Garcia vs. Zepeda at a catchweight and than Tank vs. Mikey at 140 early next year.

Crawford should be pushing for Ugas.
