              our body produces cholesterol(fat) , at midnight to early morning hours...the amount varies to different people, thats why some people even though they do alot of things to lessen them, it doesnt seem to work..
              fats are important to our body , its required for the fat soluble vitamins to be absorbed by the body, among them are A,D,K
              fats are also important in the production of hormones.

              dont take too much or too little fatty foods
              avoid those midnight snacks...
