It's real good homey. Been a while for me cuz I'm so gung ho on the melts. But as always, I'm drawin culinary inspiration from this thread. I'll bust some out soon, possibly Saturday. I might make those tuna balls Mal was tellin me about that nite also.
1 can chunk light tuna in water
bread of your choice
cheese of your choice
sauce of your choice
toppings of your choice
A You can make it in a skillet as you would wit a grilled cheese sandwich
B You can simply toast the bread, add your tuna mx, then add the cheese and nuke it to melt
*I prefer wheat bread, a blend of cheeses, and a just lil mayo. If I'm goin all out I add diced egg and cucumber, a tomato, and a slice of lettuce. Mak got me hooked on the tabasco sauce too. It's the ****!
