Funny how an article that says Manny Pacquiao submitted a sample for Vada testing and the usual jokers who hate Manny and never believed Pacquiao was enrolled into VADA are no where to be found

It will be tough... but IMO Manny pulls out either a wide UD or a mid/late rounds stoppage. It will be interesting to see how spence reacts to Manny's speed and power. There is always a chance Manny gets caught, but I think he'll be safety first, while making an art out of picking the right spots to sneak in just the right jabs, body shots, power punches at the exact right time. We'll know soon enough if Manny is getting into the right comfortable rhythm. I feel like he will, nearly from the start.

Manny hasn't stopped any since Lucas Matthysse retired after their fight in 2018, and before that it was Miguel Cotto in 2009.

Spence, easy fight for Pacquiao. Here are the reasons:

1. He is too slow.
2. He telegraphs by ****ing his punches.
3. Too stationary for Pacquiao.
4. Who has he fought? 27 fights? First 20 to pad his resume.

Please save this post for later consultation. After Spence is challenged he gives aways his biggest advantage which is his long jab and outside fighting. You can re-watch the Porter fight and you will se the two Spences, the one of round 1-2 and the one from rounds 3-12. If not because the 11th round KD and going away with the low blow he wasn't penalized for he could end up losing that fight to a very aggressive, strong but basic and average puncher in Porter.

If he pay attention to the odds and everybody saying how this will be a walk in the park for him and he doesn't respect Pacquiao, he will be shocked. Rather if he stay disciplined and fight behind his long jab and doesn't engage, hi will be fine but my heart and evidence from so many fight from both fighters, tells me that he will end up giving his advantages.

Style make fights and I think Pacquiao is a bad matched for Spence due to the big difference in speed and quickness. And contrary to a lot of fast fighters, Pacquiao can actually punch. Team spance is counting on capitalizing on Pacquiao's age but unfortunately, this is not your classic 42yo fighter.

Final thought: I see this as a 50/50. Pacquiao will only win if the score cards are wide or by TKO, a close fight, Spence will get the win.

i have to say i was pretty shocked when pac took this fight on, the guy is a bit crazy but in a good way, doing it for the over 40's, not many can even attempt it

Kudos to him because he has no reason to take this fight except legacy, it is indeed his most challenging fight yet, and he took it. I don't think he'll win, if he does - incredible, outstanding win. he's always not underestimating his opponent.. he always said that but in the fight night he was beating his opponents.

pac was always humble in the beginning and later on destroys anyone.. unlike the other who always trashtalks and say afterwards "___ is a helluva fighter, a good competitor blah blah blah..."

That's certainly a fair point and undeniable - he didn't get those guys out. One difference for me is Pacquiao, being a southpaw, will really struggle to create angles off Spence's good, long jab. That'll keep Pac at the end of his punches and neutralize his countering, I think. If you saw Nonito's breakdown of the fight, he says it better than I ever could. Another thing is I think Spence sees an opportunity for stardom and will turn it up. Meaning, he'll turn up that pressure and volume but from distance. Finally, Spence was bigger than those other guys sure but when was the last time Pac fought someone at least Spence's size? Mosley? Margarito? I could see it going the distance, but my gut says no - can't wait to see!
