It will be tough... but IMO Manny pulls out either a wide UD or a mid/late rounds stoppage. It will be interesting to see how spence reacts to Manny's speed and power. There is always a chance Manny gets caught, but I think he'll be safety first, while making an art out of picking the right spots to sneak in just the right jabs, body shots, power punches at the exact right time. We'll know soon enough if Manny is getting into the right comfortable rhythm. I feel like he will, nearly from the start.
