We obviously know about Mayweather's superb defense. But one of the most overlooked aspects of his game is his durability. In the instances that he has gotten ****** up or taken great shots, he has gobbled it up.

Marquez can (and should) win a decision. But the likelihood of JMM KO'ing Mayweather is extremely remote. Don't let the flashiness fool you - Floyd is a tough kid.

i don't think he is underetimating him....floyd will let the ko come to him, he just wants to win more than anything (ok,sd,ud). don't let the 24/7 fool you, he'll take the win in any form. thats all that matters.

You don't think Floyd has actually heard - and is motivated by - the criticism that Pac's wins were more impressive than his own?

A SD win or 115-113 wouldn't satisfy Floyd, and won't give him the ammo he desires for the Pacquiao negotiations. Floyd wants to steal the buzz back. The way to do that is to do a Manfredy/Corrales/Gatti on Sept 19.

A highlight reel KO would be ideal for him.
