Oscar De La Hoya says that he is positive that Juan Manuel Marquez is capable of knocking out Floyd Mayweather Jr. on September 19 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. De La Hoya is under the impression that Marquez has more power in his punches than Mayweather.
