PBF does hit hard. I dont know if he hits as hard as Pac. I have never had to take both of their punches.
But PBF aims for accuracy and point scoring so dont load up as just a power puncher. But of course he can hit hard. Someone who is potentially the best p4p fighter on the planet soon, is gonna hit hard if they want.
