1st off all these fighters I rate highly as elite in their respective divisions. But all these guys leave a bit to be desired careerwise.
Bud has jumped divisions but he also hasn't beaten anyone like Jacobs or Vlad in his weightclass either. Loma has jumped divisions but he has 2 losses & no truly marquee name wins either,& AJ is a chubby chaser who got chased by chubby.
Ggg has tons of marks against him careerwise,as does Fury
I'm having trouble figuring out who of these should be ranked higher than others.(they all make it somewhere on the list of champions in their weight imo. Even if they're not truly near top of list atgs, they are definitely somewhere on the list based off merely titles won at least in their divisions/who they fought. (I don't care about titles but compared to fighters who don't win many belts they're resume looks great by comparison,so in that sense titles do matter somewhat)
