Williams has called out every WW in public and in private and not one of them has stepped up to the plate. Mosley stated outright without shame {Post Winky vs Williams} - That he wants no part of Williams. This goes to show how politics and money has ruined Boxing as a viable sport.

What happened to MANDATORY challenges??

There are three+ belt holders and none of them are being forced to fight their mandatories. Not only that but now the WBC has all but sanctioned the process of ignoring the established rules, that go along with being a champion - By offering a catch-weight belt. Fight whomever you want as long as those sanctioning fees are paid.

For the record: Williams would crush Mosley, Cotto, PBF, Berto and anyone else at WW. That the MAIN reason he's not fighting at that weight consistantly - because no one wants a piece of Williams.
