Exactly, Toney, Floyd and Pea could stand in the pocket and light guys up without getting hit, they're all known for being great inside fighters

false. its takes more skills to use your defense to set up your offense.

someone that backs up constantly or stays in a defensive shell isn't necessarily the more skilled boxer.

BTW does anybody else on here think that cotto's defense is actually pretty damn good? when he uses it that is
he's open for the uppercut and the overhand right.

I've also never understood how some people think RJJ is boring, how is it even possible to not enjoy RJJ fights
Its not that he is boring
HE as a boxer is VERY exciting and entertaining
but i think what people mean is his fights are boring
because of the one sidedness of 90 percent of his fights
it was all him just dominating and after 8 rounds it gets boring to see him dominate so yea..perfect example is the reggie johnson fight
roy did some amazin **** but it got boring coz reggie couldnt do anything

Bottom line is, if you're not out to HURT your opponent, but you're pitty patting, dancing around the ring trying to get some Olympic scoring in, it is very ****en boring.
