One of my favorite runs, is Armstrong Rd. from rt 16 in Guerneville to the ranger shack in the forest. I've run into the forest, but spooky isn't the word. There could be a herd of bears behind any one of those trees and you wouldn't know it. Running in those trees makes you feel like an ant.
