I believe so, he has to be thrown in there with everyone with credentials at 130 to 140 NO HIGHER. It's a shame that he's only gonna fight PBC. But I will paraphrase what one poster said: "will people start ducking tank?"

I know he can cherry pick at 147, but what about? Tank-loma, tank-garcia, tank- Haney , tank- Te'o. Endless opportunities infinite chances...

at this point why would arum make tank vs teo or tank vs loma or tank vs taylor when he can make teo/loma 2 or bud vs taylor or teo vs taylor? right?! i mean that makes sense and knowing arums history and how he operates he will try to freeze tank out....he did it killing the pac/floyd fight for years...hes had the game run back at him with bud vs pbc 147...and arum will no doubt run it back with tank at 135-140 if he can.........tanks best bet/smart bet is to keep doing what hes doing and focus on building his name up so well that theyll have no choice but to come see him when he wants.....and thats what it seems like hes going to do..the guys handling him are no dummies...they are successful and know how other promoters handle things so they have their own plan

in regards to garcia...like ive mentioned before...oscar just fumbled and lost the biggest star in boxing...the most prized asset in boxing...his companys future now hinges on garcia and vergil....do you think oscar is in a hurry to possibly have tank hang an L on ryan right now? at 22 years of age?! im not sure he is willing to risk that

the easiest one to make IMO is haney but even thats not easy....

tank isnt afraid of fighting any of these guys...its the politics and business side that prevents these......so tanks team is just going to go out there and focus on self and hope they do a good enough job that everyone will form a line to get a whiff of tank...

Tank is the most protected fighter out there. His team insisted he was too young for Loma from ages 22-25. After he was already a champion and consequently lost his title on the scales. He’s being hyped right now, but he’s a fun fighter to watch. Fans like action and knockouts. He is no better or worse than Berto or Kovalev.

I think teddy Atlas alluded to Bob needing his 5 o clock alcohol , he wouldn't say it if it wasn't true. He dislikes arum very much as well, finds creative ways to ridicule him. Like that one quote" don't believe me (arum) today, believe me tomorrow or some shet like that. Or how does it go? Don't believe him yesterday, believe him today." However the pendulum sways...it holds merit in terms of how he goes in terms of doing stuff.
