Serious question. What needs to happen for a Rigo vs Inoue fight to get made?????

Rigo just pulled out of the Cassimero match without getting any promise to face the winner, and when he was offered a spot in the 118 tournament (that had Inoue and Donaire in it) he claimed it would be impossible for him to make the weight. I honestly think at this point in his career he would just like some good paydays on some easier fights.
