Casimero was answering fan questions in a livestream and was asked about Nonito, and allegedly leveled a series of dumb accusations against Donaire, including:

-Nonito's Dad tried to get Nonito and Casimero to spar but Nonito was scared and said "No."
-Nonito pretended to not speak Filipino so he wouldn't have to have a conversation with Casimero.
-In general saying Nonito acts like he's too good to show love to Filipino fighters.

This is all a bunch of dumbass **** but since both fighters are from the Philippines it's blown up into something bigger among the fans over there. There's also a bunch of noise about drug testing and Team Donaire is apparently going to pay for the VADA testing for both fighters, and from there it devolved into a pissing match with Rachael Donaire and Sean Gibbons arguing on twitter over drug testing.

I think the idea is Nonito wants an apology for Casimero going on an extensive rant lying about him to the Filipino fans. Which is dumb.

Donaire needs to stop retweeting his wife and get to training. But it sounds like the fight is seriously not happening.

It was Memo Heredia Casimero's condition coach that told Rachel to SNAC ( a shot at Victor Conte) on his nuts in a video. Donaire and Team are blowing it out of proportion and making it seem like they all were disrespecting his wife.

First it was the sparring thing, then the language thing.. then the VADA thing which has been cleared up. Now they want an apology... not a good look for Team Donaire.

There's a perfect solution for all of this... settle it in the ring.
