Calderon vs Mayol: Rodel Looking Good in Training

Three-time world title challenger Rodel “Batang Mandaue” Mayol (25-3-1, 19 KOs) is looking really good as he winds down training for his eagerly-awaited rematch against WBO Jr. Flyweight champion, undefeated Ivan “Iron Boy” Calderon (32-0-1, 6 KOs) OF Puerto Rico. [details]

Mayol just needs to try to box Calderon for the first 4 rounds then head butt him and hopefully, have the fight stopped and go to the cards. Calderon is taking that ass to school this time.

I normally enjoy watching Calderon fight but I really coulden't get into this fight. There was so few significant punches landed I just got bored, which is unsual for me. However Mayol is clearly a deserving contender and credit to Calderon for giving him a rematch.

with what...CALDERON'S best chance is to run and hide...put his track shoes on, cause he ain't gonna knock MAYOL with his pillow fist...If someone is getting KO it will be Calderon...once Calderon taste MAYOL's punch, he will probably head butt again so that they can stop the fight and get the hometown decision.

                    me thinks...:
it is now time for ivan to taste defeat...
there is always the first time in everything.
this will be painful because it will be in front of his countrymen.
