I was going to make a thread about Janibek after catching up on his fight from this morning. I liked what I saw and definitely think he is a player in the MW division. Very impressive performance from the opening bell.

Bring on any top 10 contender!

This Kazak is a straight up and down fighter, no special effects : no convincing feints, clumsy weight-transference ; flatfooted at times, poor rotation, lack of quick defensive reaction -- and this is against a shot Rob Brant.

Janibek will preform well against opponents that come-forward and have limit mobility that struggle fighting off the backfoot. Alimkhanuly has a very good straight left tho.

petero , I think you can appreciate my expert analysis, REPORTING!

My date said Brant looks squirrely af. Couldn’t have said it better myself. He looked every bit the part of a guy who knew he was doomed. Not impressed until this guy faces off with someone who is there to win

Yeah that's what I expected. You go hide when exposed. No rebuttal, you have nothing to say. Exactly what I expected. You don't want the glaring truth shined upon your pathetic little soul. We all know how it is, can't hide.

So this kebab shop owner bum will be Andrade's mandatory if Munguia doesn't enforce his number 1 spot in the rankings.

Peter, I prefer to spend my time doing constructive things. Unlike you, I dont sit around waiting for people to respond to my comments. If the boxingscene took away the ability to share video footage I would not be here hanging around with you losers arguing all day. You are just not that important.

I watched this guy a bit before he went pro and his style in the amateurs was much different than in the pros. His amateur style was similar to other Kazakh amateurs where they’re always on their toes and actually pretty smooth boxing. I think he definitely has more dimensions if he needed to use them. As for this fight I think Brant isn’t the same after the Murata KO. Just looks like he doesn’t want to take risks anymore.
