Based on what? He wasn't close to getting stopped against Keef and at least in the latter half, Keef was teeing off on Manny at will, especially on the ropes.

Pacquiao has a chance if he is in the excellent form he was against Thurman.

Spence is rightly favoured, but if he starts too slowly he could get behind too far, but I see a chess match.
