If he fights any name at 135lbs. it will be chinny Ryan Garcia. It's too bad Tank wasn't treated like Badou Jack. I guess they knew he wasn't ready though. He didn't want to move to Vegas from Baltimore, he gets arrested for dumb sheeit, he missed weight on the big Mayweather vs McGregor undercard, and he looked like sheeit in a few fights including that one on the undercard. Seems like they are milking him before throwing him in the deep end.
