    Rigondeaux v Inoue
    Casimero v Donaire

winners face winners and losers face losers. Should provide compelling viewing on two separate dates in 2021!

The winner is already slated to face Rigondeaux. He’ll be waiting for a minute

Canelo didn't beat GGG legitimately (not a GGG fan but he outlanded him significantly with equally good shots round by round in the large majority of the rounds both fights) but his latest run at 168 and 175 has been very strong regardless but he's not as far ahead of the pack as some like to make out. Smith, Saunders and Kovalev are very good wins but Inoue has many of his own in Rodriguez, Payano, Donaire and Moloney at 118. 118 is also a stronger division but that's besides the point, the quality of the opposition beaten matters.
GGG was an undefeated future hall of famer and the betting favorite when Canelo effectively turned the tables on him and beat him at his own game. Considering the way Inoue's face was fractured from a more shopworn Donaire, I wouldn't be too confident about him holding up against his version of a GGG.

At any rate, Canelo has beaten more overall champs, champs that are more proven, claimed titles in 4 divisions and unified in 3 of them, whereas Inoue's current division is the only one in which he's unified. The deepest division he competed in was 115 which was home to recent pound for pound fighters Estrada, Gonzalez, and Rungvisai. They all fought each other multiple times along with Cuadras while he fought none before moving up.

After that fight Inoue should move up

inoue is very scared of casimero.. and very happy that he's not fighting 2 pinoys.. donaire and casimero will both beat inoue right now.. inoue is another arum's hypejob.

You know he beat Donaire right? Wasn't really debatable, happened two years ago. Great fight. I recommend you give it a watch.

Are better than donaire, payano, Rodriguez, moloney, dasmarinas
We just handing out belts for hypothetical fights now?

I think I can guess where you're from, and your nationalistic fervor has rotted your powers of analysis.

If Inoue fights Donaire again, there's no doubt Inoue will be less reckless. He'll drop back a bit more, pick his shots, grind Donaire's aging body down until he drops Donaire for good with a left hook to the liver in the 8th round. Yes, Inoue took some punishment, but the first fight really wasn't that close.

Casimero is a tough fight for anyone at 118, but I think if he brings the high pressure, swinging a little wild, he's absolutely begging to eat a counter right over the top from Inoue (or the left hook) and go nighty-night time. Inoue drops him in 5.

Man !! Rigo is getting shafted - like the ugly step kid who can't go on the family outing.
