Do Andrade and Charlo get a pass on mandatory defenses until Munguia mans up?

It seems like all they have to do is fight someone ranked by their respective organizations while Munguia sits in the mandatory spot.

Since Munguia-Rosado seems to be the next play, will Munguia keep is spot? Will Andrade and Charlo get to fight whoever they want while we wait for Munguia-Rosado?

I don’t really understand why it’s all happening… but it seems like we have two belts tied up while Charlo and Andrade wait out GGG/Canelo… and instead of enforcing mandatories the organizations are waiting on Munguia.

I don't know why Munguia doesn't go for Andrade. Seems like a winnable fight for him IMO.

Munguia should lose his spot in the rankings if he does fight one of them by the end of the year. I think he's going to end up fighting GGG though before either of them

left handed, boring, can't sell a fight and talks with a lisp, personality like a drying wall of paint, i can go on. andrade is not a draw mostly because of andrade. he hasn't fought anyone for a reason. his best win is who, vanes? that fight was very close and 8 years ago
