Barrios isnt great but he is a typical Mexican warrior IMO and it's a decent measuring stick for the much smaller Tank at 140.

Is he going to F*** him up, just like he did to Gamboa? Oh brother, I guess at this point I would say Tank will win, maybe, I don't think it's going to be easy because Barrios is a big Fu***** dude, and I would not be shocked if Barrios pulled it off. One thing for sure Barrios is no bantamweight like Cruz, or a featherweight like Gamboa. Tanks camp is betting on Davis being faster than Barrios, which might be true, but at a heavier weight, we will see how Tank looks, speed isn't everything and a determined, bigger, stronger fighter can definitely give you issues, no matter how fast you are.

Much smaller Tank? He is shorter, but he carries more weight in between fights. Barrios is another cherry-pick.
