Not sure if Charlo has gassed a bit or settled into this pace but he seemed a lot slower in the 9th. His right eye is cut and swelling, Montiel is still walking forward and landing a lot….especially to the body.

Charlo needs to work the body more to slow Montiel down in the 10th.
