154 fight vs Oscar comes in at 147 weigh in 150 fight night, comes in for WW fights at 147 not 160 and **** like Cotto/Mosley. He fought Judah because he was the best prior to Baldo loss, but had agreed the fight. Then faces the Champ Baldo, then Oscar at 154.. yet he cherry picks small fighters?
