Bud Crawford's next potential opponent: Ramirez, Zepeda or Prograis!

Well, for the past couple years the opponents Bud has been fighting doesn't make much sense either. That's what leads me to believe what I am saying. Hey, if it doesn't happen how I say I don't care, but based off of Bud's moves in opponents for the past couple years, sure seems like he will opt for NOT going to PBC once his Top Rank contract is up, or better yet, He might even stay with Top Rank longer, I wouldn't be surprised. Regarding legacy, Bud doesn't have much at welterweight.Comment

Yeah I doubt Top Rank will be bowing out of the business. They have a big stable and seem quite well off.Comment

Yeah if anything it would make more sense for Crawford to face Josh Taylor instead. Taylor has beaten both Prograis and Ramirez and it would be a matchup of the last two undisputed champs at 140. Bud would still be favored but at least Josh is riding highComment

I mean that would be an interesting fight, but to me all these 140 options are not really exciting if they move up to 147 because as it is Bud has fought all mediocre opposition at 147.Comment

If that’s true then wouldn’t Josh Taylor represent a step up? I’m not saying Taylor is one of the elite guys at 147 but he is certainly not mediocreComment

Bud clogging up the division. It's better for the division and for boxing if he gives up that belt.Comment
