Founder, Margaret Goodman, and HBO “Ring Doctor” and who knows what else.. was in partnership by HBO. HBO would promote VADA. HBO and Haymon didn’t get along. Why wouldn’t Floyd and Haymon feel insecure about the conflict of interest? It was widely known that Lampley and Merchant, as well as Manny Steward, didn’t like Floyd.
