U compare that with lebron and u see why the whole country hates him, lebron carried around with him a Malcolm x book which he clearly didn't read as if he did he wouldn't have anything to do with the left yet all the leftist media went into overdrive pandering to the fact he was simply holding that book, u never would have caught Jordan doing a divisive thing like that cos he was all about unity and he wasn't trying to piss off a certain segment of society to look like he's clued up on social justice, the quicker lebron retires the better it will be for all of America, he's the most uneducated person in the whole of sports and his tweets are dangerous to America as a whole
Now, I'm a Michael Jordan guy, but you're being totally unfair to LeBron.

Michael Jordan was about money, not "unity", just ask his teammates or opponents.

As he said before "**********s buy gymshoes too".

It wasn't some moral belief, just he wanted to make money.

LeBron's in a different era. An era more like Muhammad Ali's who divided lots of people and was good friends with Malcolm X

I don't think either guy is wrong, they're just products of their eras.

If Michael Jordan was in this era, he'd be doing what everybody else is doing now, just like he was doing what everybody was doing then, which is putting money before politics.

    • I can’t ride with Spence on this one, because when he got his ass handed to him he decided to dis an American Gold Medalist and former American World Champion and threw him under the bus! I hear Spence but I’m rolling with Fury to knock this ****** from Alabama out cold! What he did to Mark Breland was uncalled for and I will never side with him even if he was fighting a Klu Klux Klan, I will root for the Klan over his country slave mentality ass!

That "**********'s buy gym shoes too" quote wasn't lost on me, but the simple fact he said it wasn't just an indicator that it was all about money to him, infact I believe he said it to get some heat off his back from the black community because of all the race mixing he did in his personal time, he got on well with many white people and mixed with them as much as he did black people, u would never find lebron mixing with white people off the court unless it was to "educate" them in his particular brand of cultural marxism, I truly believe if Jordan was in this era he would stay away from politics because he enjoyed being loved and would have been a fish out of water being hated by half the country for having twisted views on politics. Lebron lost many fans when he made the comment about the rockets gm not being educated on china, but then again he had little to no fans on the right side of politics anyway, but the truth was he was willing to turn a blind eye to the predominantly ****** Uyghur's of china being systematically ****d and murdered, and the people of Hong Kong being beaten in the streets and arrested so they can be tortured, just so he can make a quick buck, he's a dangerous man with dangerous views and I stand by the statement that america will be better off once he is retired

Wouldn't be the first time some people died won't be the last, I mean the US helped the slave market in Libya during ***** time and really drew that red line in the sand. People die because of regime hell this country withe Japanese internment camps killing every tribe of indigenous people and all because the English need to get rid of criminals, religious extremists who were the minority. The only positive this country did was inadvertently helping Nasser against France and the UK. And that only happen because the Hungarian Revolution of 1956 happened which the Russians, as they had done during the last Hungarian revolt, crushed and Eisenhower couldn't get condemnation because Britain and France did something equally ******.

That's completely false. LeBron has plenty of White friends in Hollywood and even starred in a movie with Amy Schumer.& Bill Hader

And I'd lay off the Fox News guy, I don't think "Cultural Marxism" means what you think it does.

LeBron's a millionaire who's friends with other millionaires of all races, hence his popularity with the L.A. Lakers fanbase.

You're trying to make him out to be Louis Farrakhan or something, when he's just a typical Hollywood ******* celebrity, who's politically active.

But he is a Black man, who grew up in the ******, he knows what it's like to come from nothing and that reflects in the stances that he takes.

And you're kidding yourself if you think Jordan would stay out of politics in this era.

In fact, Jordan has become more involved in politics in the past 5 or so years specifically because the of the backlash he's gotten over the years over being "apolitical"

He could be apolitical when Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Sugar Ray Leonard, Joe Montana, and all the other biggest athletes in his era were apolitical

He could not be apolitical today when social media and media media forces you to take a stand on issues or face a backlash.

"**********s buy gymshoes too" isn't flying in 2021, sorry.

And be real, you ************* don't give a damn about ******s in China, when you were busy trying to put all the ones here in America in prison after 9/11 and violating their civil liberties here.

I'm sure all the ******s who are sitting Guantanamo Bay, who haven't been even convicted of crimes, yet are indefinitely detained and tortured would envy the ******s in China right now.

How can one guy be so uninformed? Hollywood millionaire friends? Bro they are so far left and truly Marxist that it makes your whole post illegitimate, and the point u made about Guantanamo being equivalent to Uyghur's is bs, many mistakes were made by the bush administration, I'm not here to defend them, I think the whole war on terror was avoidable and I'm not sold on 9/11 and the reasons and perps they told us who were responsible, I think it's such a widely accepted fact today that it can't even be called conspiracy so I'm not really a conservative from that era, all I know is today's ******** are now extreme left Marxists and today **********'s are now yesterday's ******** if your following, many **********'s from today would be classed as ******** just 10 years ago. The fact u are trying to make what a communist dictatorship is doing to a minority ****** people and make it okay because some *********s were locked up in Cuba is all the proof u need that america has brainwashed more than half there population to believe that crap. Jordan was a legend in so many ways and lebron is the complete opposite, u can't refute that with the fact he has far left friends that agree with the same Marxist views he has, and just for your info I stay well away from fox news and all mainstream media for that matter cos all sides never even give u half the truth especially the "trusted" cnn

Also it's a known fact lebron is the most hated basketball player out there, I saw a poll just the other week made on negative internet traffic and he is clear number 1 for most hated, and that isn't just cos he's lebron, there is a reason for that and we both know why, his viewpoints are disgusting, just a few weeks ago he tweeted to his followers "you're next" with a photo of a cop who had just saved an African American life, he was a hero, yet he doxxed him, it's disgusting and he didn't even apologize, even after many ppl showed him how wrong he was, and ppl like u just wanna turn a blind eye to his hateful rhetoric, it's mind boggling, do some research without being bias and u will truly see what kind of man he is and what he stands for
