LOL, @ Tito wraps....... Vargas got nearly KOd by Wilfredo ***ing Rivera in the second rd of their fight. Rivera's sorry ass let him off the hook thou. Vargas been hurt plenty of times. After the big scandal which Hopkins admited was all part of the plan to throw Trinidad's off, same as the glove controversy, Mayorga took bombs from Vernon Forrest at his pick and Vernon didn't even moved him, Tito nearly killed him boxing. Well DLH never gets credit by the same posters for beating Whitaker and Chavez but yet they give Williams the props for beating a guy who is out of his prime AND inactive for almost 2 years?? Also, who would you rather have on your resume?? Paul Williams or Mosley who happens to be a future HOF?? I would pick Mosley. Plus Williams didn't want to give Margs the rematch when he wanted to so payback is a *****.

I know this subject has been beaten to death, but in my view Margarito never pushed that hard for a rematch. He cried in the post-fight interview about being robbed and claimed that he would never fight Williams again unless it was promoted by Arum. Maybe he did petition to become #1 in the WBO, but so what? He still didn't flat out say he wanted to get back in the ring with Paul. Also, Williams said he would be willing to fight Margarito as a replacement opponent after Cintron got injured. Margarito did more of the ducking in my view than the other way around. And now this bull**** is going on with Pavlik. How can you fight someone that is in your age category if they don't give you a chance?
