Not a big deal really. Maybe Manny could have been working on some strength training, that probably would have been beneficial but he will be ready. What may affect him more is the time off and the fact that he hasnt had a fight go much distance or recently face a competitive foe.

The time off is indeed a concern. But I'm sure Pac will be ready by fight time.

I dont know if someone else has experienced this but Im replaying a lot Pacman and Cotto fight and the more I compare the two, the more I see Cotto in slow motion out there specially in the Clottey fight.

No fighter fights the same style for every fighter they fight. If they did, that is what we call one-dimensional which Cotto is not.

Manny's speed kills, I think he'd have to attack Cotto on the outside while turning him, as Cotto can be stationary and sits in his punches. Darting in and out while sneaking in left straights could be effective. Itd be dangerous for him to try to fight inside, as Cotto will body punch, and possibly go for the nuts. But what do I know..
