Reason Manny is outselling Floyd: Manny didn't retire at the height of his popularity to duck the welterweight division and is coming off two very impressive wins against De La Hoya and Hatton.

Number one Welterweight like you say got beat fair and square by Miguel Cotto, Cotto deserved to be called the best at 147. Mosley had the opportunity to fight Margarito without plaster, Cotto didn't have the same luck.
