Comments Thread For: Hearn: Anthony Joshua Believes That He Punishes Oleksandr Usyk

He seems to royally offend the British fans. This is because he was the target or young Edward Hearn who spent 2-3 years of criticising, taunting, and berating him for not signing with him or dazin. He was also perceived as a rival for Joshua for a couple of years until both men lost. The Americans don’t have a big presence at he’s weight due to their athletes of size going to basketball and North American football so he is seen as the “American hope”, and an obstacle to a British undisputed champion. It all goes back to nationalism pure and a sense of entitlement for the reason he’s so resented particularly by British boxing fans who seemingly in this day and age are fans as long as Edward Hearn has been on the scene.Wilder has gotta be the most polarizing heavyweight today for better or worse. This is an article about AJ. yet most of the comments are about Wilder. He brings out such strong emotions in people. Even before the court arbitration it felt like you couldn't talk about the heavyweight division without bringing him up, and he doesn't even have the title anymore.

So washed up slow shot 40 yr old Pulev was a test?
So washed up slow shot 38 yr old Takem was a test?
So top 15 obese no punching power Ruiz was a test? Oh yeh he got ktfo!
So sloppy 2nds slow shot to bits(proven by Fury) & retired 41 yr old Klitschko was a test? (Only age beat Klitschko that night not Aj cos he was done in the 5th.)
So washed up slow shot 38 yr old Pov was a test?
So trained in bed laughing on the canvas all the way to the bank Martin was a test?
Parker xD
Gtfoh! 4 of Ajs last 6 were washed up old men that bitd would have been nothing but in between exhibition bouts like Ali Patterson.
There are 3 top heavyweights today & they're all average. But only 2 are prepared to fight the other so far unlike Eddie's hypejob.
I was an Aj fan on his rise then he said in 18 on a sky interview with Johnny Nelson "I won't be rushed into the Wilder fight" when asked when he said"19 20 21"Hearn then said 2020 & ya never know Wilder might loose by then. Quack!

Didn’t he also make statements about the fans fighting wilder if they want to see Joshua-wilder so badly? Wilder really had Joshua shook in those days
